I developed this brand deck while working with Hutch as the brand explores a strategic pivot, expanding its identity beyond contemporary sportswear into a more culturally rooted lifestyle and streetwear brand. The deck repositions Hutch around sport as a unifying force, drawing from baseball’s legacy, community, and everyday pickup culture, to strengthen its narrative, deepen authenticity, and build long-term cultural relevance. It outlines a refreshed brand vision, target consumer, product direction, and partnership strategy, proposing a path for Hutch to evolve while staying grounded in sport, craftsmanship, and lived experience.
